Fomo7 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Pakistani Platform Users

Welcome to Fomo7. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Fomo7 ("Fomo7", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Fomo7 gaming platform available at fomo7.best and any associated mobile or web applications.

Fomo7 is an online gaming and entertainment platform providing live casino games, poker, sports score tracking, esports betting, fishing games, Ludo and related services to players in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to these Terms in their entirety.

By creating a Fomo7 account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, understand them fully and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Fomo7 platform.

To register and play on Fomo7, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Fomo7 does not accept registrations from anyone under 18 under any circumstances. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are 18 or older.
• Residency: Fomo7 provides its primary services to users in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is permitted under the laws applicable to your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be voluntarily self-excluded from the Fomo7 platform or from any other gaming platform through a recognised self-exclusion programme.
• Not a Prohibited Person: Employees of Fomo7, its affiliated companies, software providers, live casino studios and payment partners are prohibited from maintaining active player accounts with real-money balances.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Fomo7 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your Fomo7 account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Fomo7 login credentials – your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. Fomo7 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify Fomo7 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Do not allow any other person to use your Fomo7 account, even family members.
• Fomo7 accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted or traded.
• Account details linked to payment methods must match the name on the Fomo7 account. Deposits or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

All financial transactions on Fomo7 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Fomo7 does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. Fomo7 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during non-business hours for bank transfers may take longer to process.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Fomo7 will notify the registered email address before any dormancy processing occurs. Players retain the right to reclaim dormant balances by contacting Fomo7 support and completing identity verification.

Fomo7 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prizes and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly displayed at the time the offer is made.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Player: The Fomo7 new player welcome bonus is available once per person, per household and per device. Multiple accounts created to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated timeframe will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

• Fomo7's Right to Withdraw Bonuses: Fomo7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms or void bonus winnings if evidence of abuse, manipulation or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus balance is active in your Fomo7 account, a maximum bet per round may apply. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

All games on Fomo7 are governed by the specific rules of each game variant as displayed within the game interface or in the corresponding section of the platform. Where a dispute arises over the outcome of a game, the result recorded in Fomo7's server logs is considered final and authoritative.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or system error during a gaming session, the outcome is determined by the server-side record of the session at the point of interruption. Fomo7 will make reasonable efforts to credit the player with the correct result, but accepts no liability for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Game-specific rules for Fomo7's major categories:

• Live Casino: All live dealer game outcomes are final as dealt or spun by the live dealer. Decisions to hit, stand, bet or fold are the sole responsibility of the player.
• Poker: Hand outcomes are determined by standard poker hand rankings. Chip dumping, colluding and soft-playing are strictly prohibited and monitored.
• Ludo: Dice rolls in Fomo7's Ludo games are generated by a certified RNG. Each roll is independent of previous rolls.
• Esports Betting: Results are determined once the official result of the event is confirmed by the organiser. Fomo7 reserves the right to void bets on cancelled or abandoned events.

Fomo7 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all Pakistani players. All games available on the platform use either:

• Certified RNG (Random Number Generator): For virtual games including Ludo, Fishing Games and RNG poker tables. The RNG is independently certified by a recognised third-party testing laboratory.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Fomo7 platform. Fomo7 actively monitors for these violations and will act decisively when they are identified:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to assist with gameplay decisions or automate betting patterns.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to Fomo7 support immediately rather than used.

• Reverse bonus abuse – depositing with the intent to withdraw immediately after meeting minimum wagering requirements while using a strategy designed to minimise risk at the house's expense.

Fomo7 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where prohibited activity is suspected, pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses, bonus winnings and, where fraud is confirmed, all balances.

Fomo7 takes its responsibility to promote safe and responsible gaming very seriously. We provide every registered player with access to the following tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control how much you can add to your Fomo7 account within any given period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

By registering a Fomo7 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All payment information transmitted through the Fomo7 platform is protected by SSL encryption. Fomo7 does not store full card numbers or mobile wallet PIN codes on its servers.

Fomo7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.

• Failure to complete mandatory identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor.

When an account is closed for a breach of Terms, Fomo7 will conduct an investigation before determining whether any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be returned to the player. Balances derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will not be returned.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Fomo7 account should contact support and withdraw their full balance before requesting closure. Fomo7 will process the closure within 5 business days of receiving a verified closure request.

Fomo7 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Fomo7 will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Fomo7 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the Fomo7 platform shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with any local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and Fomo7 regarding any aspect of your account, gameplay outcome or financial transaction, you should first contact the Fomo7 support team at support@fomo7.best with full details of your concern. Fomo7 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the Fomo7 support team, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
